We are a
small company located in the heart of the Rio Grande Research Corridor in
Albuquerque, N.M..
We specialize in all types of manual and automated vacuum deposition systems,
and related vacuum
pumps and hardware. We also stock used semiconductor equipment and parts.
The
majority of the equipment we ship is actually remanufactured. We strip the
equipment down to
its basic components, clean it, repaint it, replace all seals, assemble it with
proper
vacuum practices, leak test, and evaluate it for optimum performance.
We have
in-house cleanroom and fabrication facilities, so we can adapt any of our
equipment to meet your special requirements.
TFS Technologies, Inc. has been providing equipment to the Research and Development industry for more than 22 years. We work with Universities and Research Laboratories throughout the world, and understand budgetary requirements.
